As a UX Designer, I keep the users at the center of my designs by creating seamless flows. Why UX matters
UX stands for user-experience and UX designers are responsible for the look and feel of a website/app by ensuring its accessibility for users. The functionality of a product often gets overlooked, but it's the most crucial part of any design.

Aesthetically pleasing websites and apps are fun to look at, but if there are too many pain points, or it's too confusing to use, then many people simply drop off and are unlikely to return. This can lead to a significant loss of potential clients!
